According to the information received from the police, this incident took place on October 12. In the incident, the deceased Akash Mine was returning from Shivaji Nagar Chowk in Malad area after booking a new car for his family. Akash was riding on his bike and his parents were coming in an auto rickshaw.

After the altercation, Akash attacked the people standing there

An altercation broke out between an auto rickshaw driver and Akash over overtaking, after which nearby people gathered there. People nearby were trying to resolve the fight but Akash suddenly attacked some people standing there, after which other people also beat Akash fiercely.

Seeing Akash being beaten, his parents tried to intervene but during this time it can be clearly seen in the video that angry people also beat his father badly and the mother lay down on him to save her child. But despite this people kept beating him.

What did police sources say?

In this case, police sources say that during the fight it did not seem that Akash would die but he was admitted to a nearby hospital and after some time the doctors declared him dead. In this entire episode, the people who were attacked by Akash also suffered serious injuries. At present, the police have arrested a total of 10 people in this case. The arrested accused have been booked under sections 103(1), 115(2), 352, 324(4), 189(2), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 3 (5) of the Indian Judicial Code. Case has been registered.

At present all the accused have been sent to police custody and the police are investigating the matter. In the initial investigation in this case, it appeared that Akash was beaten up by some auto drivers together but it is not so. An altercation took place between auto driver Avinash Kadam and Akash, other auto drivers left from there.
