Sahara India ED Raid: ED raids Sahara India’s locations in Lucknow, employees’ phones seized, 100 officers investigating

Sahara India ED Raid: Lucknow: The Enforcement Directorate has taken a major action in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Today, the ED team has raided the locations of Sahara India. The Kolkata unit of ED is conducting the raid. Officials from the Lucknow office are also present. The ED team is investigating the Kolkata chit fund scam case.

According to the information, today i.e. on Wednesday morning, about 100 ED officials reached the head office of Sahara India in Kapurthala. The team has confiscated the mobiles of all the employees. The Sahara office has been completely sealed. Entry and exit of all has been banned. The ED team is investigating the documents related to the alleged scam in the Kolkata chit fund company.
