NTA has now postponed the CSIR UGC NET exam, know the reason

There is a ruckus across the country over the NEET paper leak and the cancellation of the UGC NET exam. Protests are being held on this issue in various states of the country. Amidst all this uproar, now the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA has announced the postponement of another exam. Yes, NTA has announced the postponement of CSIR UGC NET Exam 2024. What was the reason given?

NTA has said that this decision has been taken due to logistical issues. In the notice issued, NTA has said that the Joint CSIR-UGC-NET Examination June-2024 which was scheduled to be held from 25.06.2024 to 27.06.2024. This examination is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances as well as logistical issues.

When will the exam be held now?

NTA has stated in its notice that the revised schedule for conducting this examination will be announced later through the official website. NTA has advised the students to contact NTA for any new updates.

What is CSIR UGC NET exam?
