Vishnudev Sai Cabinet: Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai will go to Delhi on 22 December. This will be his second visit to Delhi after assuming the charge of Chief Minister. This time he will stay in Delhi for two days. It is not clear yet whether his two deputy CMs Arun Saav and Vijay Sharma will go to Delhi this time or not.

It is being told that the CM will go to Delhi by regular flight on December 22, where he will meet the party’s national president Jagat Prakash Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Apart from this, he may also meet some other national leaders of the party, but all eyes will be on the meeting with Nadda and Shah. The reason is that the expansion of the cabinet is expected to be discussed in this meeting.

According to party sources, during his first visit to Delhi, the CM had discussions with top leaders regarding the cabinet. During this time, CM Sai had informed the national leaders about the possible names of his cabinet. Nadda and Shah will finalize the names of the cabinet only on the basis of the list submitted by SAI. The Lok Sabha elections to be held after three months will be kept in mind while expanding the cabinet. In such a situation, along with the political equation of the party, efforts will also be made to solve the caste equation of the state.

CM Sai has already said that both new and old faces will be included in the cabinet. 13 ministers including the Chief Minister can be made in Chhattisgarh. After the CM and two Deputy CMs, 10 posts of ministers are vacant. There is discussion that only 8 ministers will be given place in the upcoming expansion. The remaining 2 posts can be kept vacant till the Lok Sabha election results are declared. The results of Lok Sabha elections will come in May.
