Alwar Crime News: An incident that puts Khaki to shame has come to light from Raini in Alwar district. A case of gang rape has been registered against three policemen in Raini, Alwar under the POCSO Act. Three policemen are accused of raping a minor by threatening them. In this case, FIR has been registered after the order of Alwar SP. All three policemen have been sent to the line.

The victim, who reached the police station with her mother on Saturday, accused the three named accused and several policemen of exploiting her by taking her to different places in the last two years. Alwar Superintendent of Police has brought all three accused policemen to justice. The investigation of the case has been handed over to Rajgarh Deputy Superintendent of Police Uday Singh Meena.
A case has been registered against the accused under sections of rape and POCSO Act on the orders of Alwar SP. Among the accused, constables Avinash Meena and Raju Raini are working in the police station. Whereas the third accused constable Mansingh Jat has been posted in Malakheda police station for about a year. Raju has also been working in Rajgarh DSP office for some time.
Threat to implicate brother
The victim appeared before the Alwar Superintendent of Police – the victim’s mother told that the three accused policemen have been raping her daughter for the last 2 years. She was a minor then. The accused used to rape her brother by threatening to implicate her in the Arms Act. Constable Avinash came to his house on 8 November. At that time the people of the house had gone to work in the fields.
During this time the minor was raped. Earlier, on 23 November 2022, he forcibly took the girl with him in the car from her house. They took her to another policeman’s house and raped her. After this, other accused also used to come with Avinash and gang-rape him by threatening to implicate the brother.
Investigation started regarding the matter
Due to lack of hearing in the police station, she reached Alwar SP office with her daughter on Saturday. From where he was sent to Rajgarh Superintendent of Police office. After this, he was brought to Raini police station and a case was registered on the orders of SP. Used to send obscene videos and messages on social media. According to the police report, one of the accused was following her since school.
He used to threaten to put the entire family in jail. Due to which the family remained troubled. The accused used to send obscene videos and social media posts to the minor. In this matter, ASP Headquarters Dr. Tejpal Singh said that a case of rape of a minor has been registered against three policemen. Research is ongoing.
